We are sorry to announce that SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) will not be renewing our subscription to ground vehicle standards and technical papers.
We have worked hard to negotiate with SAE to continue to provide access to their database, SAE Mobilus, for our members, but they were unwilling to continue, citing a negative impact on SAE Mobilus subscriptions.
Unfortunately, this means members no longer have online access to current ground vehicle standards and technical papers. We will still be able to supply copies of SAE technical papers from our physical collection, 1950-2006.
We appreciate that this is disappointing news to start 2024. Members still have access to 75,000+ online resources, including ebooks, articles, conference papers, and standards. Our online standards collection consists of ASME, ASTM, ISO, EN, and ESDU standards. You can access the relevant databases and our Library Search on our library resources page.
As well as online resources, members in the UK and Europe can borrow from our collection of 30,000+ print items via our postal loan service.
